45% Kit

The standard CH 650 E kit comes with all airframe kit parts needed to build the aircraft: The complete kit includes the factory riveted wing spars, pre-formed sheet-metal parts (ribs, skins, etc.), factory-welded parts, landing gear (tricycle), standard fuel system, new canopy, controls and all hardware required for assembly. Standard features in this kit include electric flaps, electric elevator trim tab, new cabin roll-over protection, welded steel access steps, hydraulic disk brakes, and much, much more.

QBK Kit

This kit, long available in the US, includes as much assembly as possible of the 49% airframe kit so that it still qualifies for the US 51% rule. All major airframe components are assembled but each has one skin surface left un-riveted so that the internal structure can be finished and inspected. Control system, gear, fuel system and canopy are provided but still need to be assembled and installed. FWF is NOT included. This kit is newly available in Europe but needs to be special-ordered - call for details...

100% Kit

The factory-assembled 100% airframe kit includes all airframe sub-assemblies and FWF Package: The wings are completely assembled, as are the tail sections and the fuselage. The control cables are connected and tested, with the control system installed. Not included in the "100% finished airframe:" Rotax 912S engine, instruments, and cabin upholstery, paint and battery. Note: This kit in not intended to meet the US 51% rule for amateur-built aircraft - it represents a much higher level of completion than Zenith's standard Quick Build Kit, and has been developed specifically for the European ULM market.

RTF Aircraft

Once again, the “Ready-to-Fly” (RTF) Zodiac is being manufactured and test-flown in Europe; it is now sold as an ultralight (ULM) in most European countries through regional Zenair dealers and representatives. The standard ready-to-fly CH 650 E is equipped with the 100HP Rotax 912S and includes a long list of standard features including radio, paint and BRS parachute.
