The 100% airframe kit is only available in Europe; it should not be confused with the North American Quick-Build Kit (QBK) that is specifically developed for the U.S. “Experimental” market. The factory assembled 100% airframe includes all parts from the 49% kit, plus the “firewall-forward accessories” for the Rotax 912S engine installation, and a lot more.
